Remote Laravel and CRM development for UAE and India teams.

I’m Umair Shaikh, a full stack developer available for remote projects with teams worldwide, including India, Dubai, and the wider UAE. My documented professional experience includes Laravel applications, role-aware CRM and HRMS interfaces, API integrations, payment flows, and database-backed workflows.

The work

Laravel CRM development for real business workflows.

A useful CRM or internal application should make a specific job easier. The first conversation is about users, permissions, records, integrations, and the decisions the system must support.

01

CRM workflows

My CRM and property-management work includes AJAX user management, role-based permissions, authentication flows, and record handling. I organize these around the people who create, review, and update data.

02

Laravel applications

I have built Laravel modules with MySQL, authentication, AJAX CRUD, and access policies. For CRM and HRMS features, user roles and server-side authorization are part of the workflow, not just the interface.

03

Integrations

Relevant integrations I have implemented include Stripe, Razorpay, and PayU payment flows with webhooks, Shipway shipping data, location APIs, and attendance-device APIs. Each connection needs a documented data flow and error-handling scope.

04

Existing-system changes

I have supported existing PHP and WordPress systems through debugging, MySQL query review, security updates, and live deployment. Before proposing a rewrite, I look for a smaller change that can solve the actual issue.

First-hand Laravel implementation

Inside a role-aware Laravel CRM user-management module.

An anonymized example from my professional application work. It describes features I implemented, not a public source-code release or a quantified business result.

01

Users, roles and permissions

I worked on CRM user management with role-based permissions and session-backed authentication, so access to records and actions could be handled according to the signed-in user.

02

AJAX CRUD and feedback

I implemented user create, edit and delete flows with AJAX and MySQL-backed Laravel logic. Toastr notifications provided feedback for interface actions.

03

Initial data and maintenance

Laravel seeders helped prepare initial application data. I also worked with session handling and debugging across the user-management flow.

This example does not disclose client records, application screenshots, source code, delivery dates or performance metrics. For the broader Laravel, PHP and integration scope, read my professional experience and technical skills, or discuss a CRM workflow.

Evidence and limits

What the portfolio can substantiate.

Relevant experience

The experience record distinguishes Laravel application work, CRM workflows, HRMS and RBAC interfaces, and API or payment integration experience. The project archive includes public websites with documented Laravel delivery technology.

Public Laravel project records demonstrate framework experience; they are not presented as CRM case studies unless that scope is documented.

What is not claimed

This site does not publish a verified CRM-specific outcome, project metric, or Dubai office address. If you need a particular integration, compliance requirement, hosting arrangement, or on-site presence, those requirements need to be discussed before a scope is agreed.

For a content-managed business website instead of a custom application, see WordPress development in Mumbai.

Working across locations

A clear remote process for UAE and India teams.

01 / BRIEF

Describe the current process

Share who uses the system, what they do today, where information lives, and what is failing. A sample of the data and the existing application help define the real problem.

02 / SCOPE

Agree on access and boundaries

List user roles, records, integrations, security expectations, milestones, and acceptance criteria. For UAE work, agree on meeting hours and review points rather than assuming the same working day.

03 / REVIEW

Test with realistic scenarios

Review key workflows with examples: creating a record, assigning it, changing status, and recovering from an error. Feedback at these points is more useful than a final visual review alone.

04 / HANDOFF

Plan ownership after launch

Confirm deployment responsibilities, access, documentation, and who maintains the system. Any ongoing support should be a separate, explicit agreement.

Next step

Send the workflow, not just a feature list.

Tell me whether you need a new Laravel application, a CRM workflow, an integration, or help with an existing system. Include your location, timeline, and any relevant codebase or API documentation you can share safely.
